Piercing Scream requires all potential piercees to fill out a Waiver prior to being pierced or gauged. This form is completed in our facility at the time of service. All information is confidential and is never sold to anyone for any reason.

All piercees clients are required to furnish legal photo identification prior to service. Types of acceptable ID include driver's license or permit, military ID, State of Georgia ID, high school ID. We accept high school yearbook as photo ID when accompanied by birth certificate.

Etiquette:

Disruptive, combative and/or antagonistic individuals will be asked to leave our facilities and escorted is necessary.

Under GA state law, we reserve the right to refuse service to ANYONE for ANY reason. Roswell police enforcement will assist in criminal tresspass and arrest to those individuals posing a threat to Piercing Scream Employees and customers.

Drunk and disorderly behavior,and/or foul and abusive language will result in the individual/s being escorted out of the facilities. We will prosectute those who threaten, harass or commit libel against our employees or our shop. Parents whose teens are rude or engaging in family arguments will be asked to leave. Refusal to do so will be met with local law enforcement response.

Shoes/shirts are to be worn at all times unless a piercing necessitates in removal (ie: nipple piercing).

Minimum age for piercing is 14. We do not pierce minor's (under age 18) nipples, tongue or genitals.

Persons obviously or suspected to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be refused service. `

Children must be watched and under the control of their parents at ALL times. Please do not allow your small children to run around the shop.

No smoking in the shop.

No food or drink. LEAVE IT OUTSIDE!

Turn off cell phone/s in shop.It is very distracting . We expect your full attention as you would like from us.

Two people are  allowed to attend piercing as per the piercee. Please sit quietly and do not interrupt the piercer or impede their work. Photos are not permitted without prior consent of the shop owner.

Once you are in the piercing room, remain seated unless otherwise requested. Walking in and out of the room is distracting and not permitted.

Piercees should refer to their piercer for information on their piercing. Please don't rely on well-meaning friends for aftercare or problem solving information.

Family/freind arguments must be taken outside.

Parents: if you are signing for your minor to be pierced, please do not announce that you are not in favor of piercings or find it unattractive. If you do not support your minor being pierced, then don't allow them to be pierced. Please remember other customers in the shop as well as employees of Piercing Scream LIKE piercings. If you are not in support of them, don't tell everyone about it. PLEASE!

We are often asked if our owners and employees are "witches" due to the pagan and wiccan supplies we carry. We promise not to ask you your religious affiliation. Please dont ask us ours unless you are genuinely interested. Thanks!
